In 2006, Michelle Ye’s debut movie ‘Moonlight in Tokyo’ was also nominated in the 25th Hong Kong Film Awards for the Best Newcomer Award, after four years of efforts, Michelle is once again nominated through ‘Accidents’, where she played an assassin, drawing a clear line between her love and hate, her performance was impressive.  Michelle ye expressed, 2009 is her lucky year, all the movies she lead in, ‘Vengeance’ was nominted in 62nd Cannes Film Festival, 34th Toronto Film Festival as well as Spain, St. Sebastian International Film Festival.  What was unexpected was that ‘Accidents’ was not only nominated in 66th Venice Film Festival, 53rd Asia Pacific Film Festival and is once again nominated in Hong Kong Film Festival, it doesn’t matter whether I win or not, it is really a happy thing to have so many nominations in a year.
